The CFIA & FDA recommend a 10 day shelf life for perishable unfrozen smoked fish products.  We recommend that you refridgerate the product upon receipt and freeze any unused portions 3-4 days after you receive the product.  We enclose frozen gel packs with the product when it is shipped.

Generally one weeks notice is required.  To ensure delivery of products during the Christmas holiday season, orders should be placed prior to December 1st.

Yes, for order sizes of 25kg or more, a surcharge of approximately $2.00/kg may be charged depending on the clients' product request.

We do offer greeting cards with each order. It must be stated in the note section of your order if you want a card enclosed with your order and  what you wish the greeting and closing to be.
