Grilled Cold Smoked Salmon Mini Pizzas

- 1 Prepared Pizza Dough
- 1 Package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 300g of Willy Krauch’s Cold Smoked Salmon Pre-Sliced
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- A Few Pinches of Freshly Cracked Pepper
- Fresh Lemon Juice
Preheat BBQ on Medium to Low Heat
Divide dough into 4-5 portions.
Lightly sprinkle flour over counter, and rolling pin.
Roll each portion of dough on floured surface, until approximately ¼ - 1/2 inch in thickness.
Lightly brush each flattened dough with extra virgin olive oil on both sides.
Place flattened dough on the preheated grill.
Once the dough begins to lightly brown, turn.
When each side is lightly browned, remove from Grill, and arrange on plates.
Generously spread each mini pizza with cream cheese, then arrange Willy Krauch’s Cold Smoked Salmon Pre-Sliced on each.
Optional: Sprinkle freshly cracked pepper, and a squeeze of lemon on each.
