Quick and Easy Smoked Salmon Dip

- 250g Krauch's hot smoked salmon strips (flavour of your choice)
- 1 pkg. of Cream Cheese softened
- ½ C. Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
- ¼ C. Finely Chopped Chives
- 1-2 tbsp. Fresh Dill (or to taste)
In a medium size bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice.
Stir until smooth.
Add chives and dill to mixture. Mix well.
In a separate small bowl, flake half of Krauch's hot smoked salmon strips.
Fold flaked salmon strips into cream cheese mixture. Mix until combined.
Coarsely chop the remaining of the salmon, and add to mixture.
Cover and Chill for 1 hour
Serve with crackers or bread
