Shipping & Refunds

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship across North America (Canada and the US) using FedEx and UPS. Please note that if you live in a remote or rural location, the courier will often release packages to a third-party shipper adding additional days onto shipments. We will not be able to ship packages that take more than two days to arrive at your location, as we cannot ensure product quality.

Packages are marked “perishable”; however, it is helpful if you have a doorman or receptionist at your location to inform them that the package is coming and instruct them to keep it in a refrigerator or cold room until you can retrieve it. We will not be held responsible for how packages are handled once signed for at the receiver’s location.

In the event of a shipping delay, we will be in touch with the courier to resolve the issue. We track all packages from our end and do not require customers to handle delays or issues. Reasons for delays include mechanical issues, bad weather conditions, and customs delays when importing from Canada into the US. If your product is delayed, you will be informed. Our packaging materials are suited to keep the seafood product(s) cool while in transit; however, a lengthier delay could compromise the quality of the product. In the event of a delay of this nature, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

REFUND POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please make sure someone will be present at the delivery location to ensure your package is not left where it cannot be refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible. Our gel packs will help to maintain your product(s) quality in transit, but your products should be frozen or refrigerated as early as possible.

Please note that we ship all orders from Monday through Wednesday each week. Orders must be placed before Friday at 3 PM ADT to be shipped out the following Monday. For statutory holidays or long weekends, orders will be shipped the following day when service has resumed.
